Tai Chi and Chi Gong Classes

Classes are now running Tuesday morning and evening. Tai Chi for health and chi gong breathing exercises. The places on the course are very restricted so please booking in advance is advised.

DAO YIN CHI GONG WORK SHOP IN GALWAY

Sifu John Collins will be running a work shop at An Seomra Yoga Centre on the Dao Yin set for the heart. There will be a max of 10 people on the workshop. Cost is 45 euros Saturday the 29th November 1-5pm
